On today’s broadcast, Pastor Ray revisits the origin of sin, tracing it back to the sin of Cain. Cain’s rebellion has spread like a contagion, but it’s important to note that we’re responsible for our behavior before God. God has put enmity between us and the devil, and we can repent for our wickedness.
Romans 3 lays out that we are all sinners and Jesus has given us a path to deliverance, if we’ll repent of all of our sins and give ourselves fully over to Jesus. Are you willing to do that?
You see, what I want you to hear today is that all sin is a voluntary choice, a choice for which I am responsible before God. There is no excuse for sin. And those who say to you, those who lie to you, and say, You don’t have any choice. You’re going to sin until the day Jesus comes.
