Scriptures Used During Today’s Broadcast: Matthew 24, Exodus 18
Pastor Ray begins today’s broadcast by reading much of Matthew 24, to view what is true and false. We must test the spirits using the word the apostle used to describe this, lest we be tricked by the sleight-of-hand of satan and his minions.
This leads us to the story of Jethro’s father, a pagan priest of Midian, who convinced Moses to take actions contrary to those given directly by God. It’s so easy for us to be duped, even by the wickedness of our hearts.
One of the ways you know something is false when the man who is teaching it, or the woman who is teaching it, does not live by it. I learned very early in my life, practice what you preach, Ray. Don’t say one thing and then do another.
