We live in a culture, replete with lies from every direction. We’ve become very susceptible to lies because of our love of knowledge and satan has twisted the lies of gnosticism into a package that is pallatable to many because it feeds our pride and leaves us in charge of our lives.
Pastor Ray’s message is a systematic polemic against the lies of Gnosticism that are widespread among most who call themselves Christians in America. The difference is Gnosticism focuses upon a secret, hidden knowledge (which is the knowledge of the tree of good and evil) while true Christianity focuses on a revelation of Jesus Christ (i.e. the real person of Jesus, the tree of life).
