Scriptures Used During Today’s Broadcast: Revelation 2:19-23,
Pastor Ray takes us back to the second chapter of Revelation today to discuss the spirit of Jezebel and how that has infiltrated the body of Christ. What would happen if all of the entertainment was removed from your church? It’s incredible was happened to the church in America in a a relatively short period of time.
He lays out the four key questions that John Wesley would raise during his class meetings and how they come in conflict with this Jezebel spirit. Are you in league with this spirit or are you willing to stand with Jesus against it?
“Jesus says that He has given the church time to repent of Jezebel’s immorality. So He says, I’m going to cast her on a bed of suffering, and I’ll make those who commit adultery with her suffer intensely unless they repent of her ways. What are her ways? Her ways are to bring entertainment into the church. Her ways are not teach about sin or the blood. Jezebel doesn’t want the blood to be spoken of in the church house. Jezebel does not want the pastor to dare speak about sin.”
