Another Look At The Elder Brother

Another message about where is my place in this world, the question we must all ask ourselves. Today’s primary focus is on the older brother. Although he didn’t seek the pleasures of this world, he sought other things than the Father’s house. Pastor Ray uses an illustration from the book Remarkable Miracles (by G.C. Bevington) to make this clearer for us.

The question for you and me to answer is where is our place? Where do we derive our sustenance? Jesus is calling us to a place where He alone is our sustenance, regardless of the other things He may want us to do and other people in our lives. Where is your heart today?
