A Place Of Utter Abandonment

Are you willing to be like Esther and abandon yourself so that you can intercede with Jesus?
2-16-2022 A Place Of Utter Abandonment

Pastor Ray uses the story of Hadessah (or Esther) to illustrate what an utter abandonment of self to God looks like and will look like for us. It means we fully abdicate our “space” and abandon ourselves. We must face a Haman in the midst of this self-abandonment, as Esther did. Esther faced this issue, i.e. her very survival and if we’re to go through with God we must face similar circumstances. Everything in the story of Esther has import and may we not be not in a rush to get our answer to our petition.

Are you willing to abandon yourself for God’s people as Esther did?
