Scriptures Used During Today’s Encore Sermon: John 13, John 14, Luke 12
Today’s message is one of my favorite sermons, as it helps uncover any disappointments in my heart from Jesus. If we fail to recognize these disappointments, we will not likely see satan’s hand come against us, and we will be in trouble as disappointments can become doubts, yeah, even a source of rebellion deep in the heart.
May we lay down all of our disappointments and fully entrust our lives into the hands of Jesus, come what may. May Jesus uncover any wickedness in our hearts that is unveiled by waiting upon Him.
Nothing develops character like waiting. Waiting is the fire of refining power God uses in our hearts and in our lives to uncover what’s really going on in the depths of our spirit.
