Listen and understand that everything is not religion neutral, in fact Supreme Court Justice Scalia said on January 2, 2016, that the idea of religious neutrality is not grounded in the country’s constitutional traditions and that God has been good to the U.S. because Americans honor him. Listen to what it means to be half-converted, which means an external obedience but no internal testimony of the Holy Spirit. Surely this original definition has shifted even further, given our lack of expectation of righteous living and orthodoxy, as many in the churches of America believe that an intellectual assent, is all that’s needed to enter the kingdom of God. Cry out for understanding and the Holy Spirit will illuminate this message.
