Pastor Ray teaches from the book of 1 Peter again today on Pilgrim’s Progress. The focus is on the following part of Chapter 5 (1 Peter 5:5-9). The primary focus of Pastor Ray is on rejecting the devil, who is always out to steal, kill, and destroy.
We must recognize that we’re in a spiritual battle and not accept the devil’s lies at face value. That requires that we stand upon his promises, that we continually ask the Holy Spirit to search our hearts since we’re apt to believe his lies, and learn how to use the spiritual armor that the Apostle Paul lays out in Ephesians 6.
