The heart of revival is Christ coming to permanently live in the heart of a believer. As a result, great love for God and others compels the Christian to save souls. And, God’s power makes them successful. But how are we obtain a revival?
Simply, Christ must be invited, desired, prepared for, and besought. The preparation is very important and includes making restitution and forsaking all sin. Many types of preparation–like trained singers and fancy lights–are no preparation at all. Finally, we must entreat Christ with prevailing prayer until he comes.
So who may do this? A nation, a church, two believers, or even one believer may. Listen and be inspired to meet the conditions for revival in your community!
