Today’s Pilgrim’s Progress is somewhat unique in that it focuses on Jesus’ glorious purpose using several different scriptures. Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (i.e., sin). Have you allowed Jesus to do a complete work in your heart? If not, will you let Him do it today? Do you want to be released from prison today? Then today is your day, dear one.

Repentance is specific, it is concrete. It is based on what you have done. It is based on what you have done in your mind, with your body, with your mouth, with your hands and with your feet.
