Although the focus this week has been on the study of James, this sermon fits in with the theme this week as Pastor Ray talks about the law of marriage, laid out in Matthew and the book of Romans. You cannot be married to Jesus and married to the devil at the same time, no more than you can be in New York City and Washington DC at the same time. Are you willing to end the wasted years you’ve spent being married to the devil or perhaps trying to be married to both at the same time? Since the devil will not leave nor forsake us, our only hope for deliverance is through being crucified with Christ.
