Scriptures (and other sources, if any) Used During Today’s Broadcast: Matthew 24:4-8, Luke 21:25-28, Psalm 91, Psalm 23, Revelation 6, Revelation 8, Revelation 9
We must be on our guard against deception. Listen as Pastor Ray discusses some of the lies taught in this culture and the church. Note the definition from Noah Webster in his classic 1828 Dictionary, which is still widely used because deception can also cause us to disbelieve what is true. For example, the wages of sin are death (this is proclaimed through the scriptures), but most do not believe that sin will cause death unless we repent and forsake it.
It’s time to come out of all deception, in preparation for the dark days immediately ahead of us…
Definition of deceive – To mislead the mind; to cause to err; to cause to believe what is false, or disbelieve what is true; to impose on; to delude.
