Scriptures Used During Today’s Broadcast: Numbers 22, Numbers 23
Pastor Ray walks us through the cautionary tale of Balaam, a man who was given some of the precious revelations of Jesus’ coming, yet a painful who walked a reckless path. This reckless path, where we choose to walk our own way, rather than to wait upon and submit to what Jesus desires.
Here’s a short quote, with one of the major points of today’s message:
Balaam was safe as long as he stayed at home. He was safe as long as he did what he was supposed to be doing. But when he went another way for his own gain against the word of the Lord, now he has placed himself on a very reckless path and God meets him and walks him into a dead-end place.
Pastor Ray during today’s message
If you’re in a dead-end place today, you’re in trouble. You’re in trouble with God. He’s trying to get your attention.
