On today’s broadcast, Pastor Ray goes over the story of David versus Goliath. Here’s a quote from the broadcast that sums up the message well:
My heart has to be anchored in Jesus and I have to be able then to let go of whatever is going to happen. My heart is anchored in Jesus. I’ve set him apart in my heart as Lord and I’m going to trust him; no matter how I feel, what I think, what the dire situation looks like.
Pastor Ray during today’s message
I’m going to go out and I’m going to go out in the strength of the Lord to deal with whatever I have to deal with, but the Lord is the one who will deliver me. He’s done it for me time after time after time. David doesn’t tiptoe toward this.
