The thing that caught my ear is the comparison to this message the Lord God gave to King Solomon and his people and the Beatitudes. There’s no need to hide but rather honestly confess whatever the Lord has shown you.
“Why would God only speak to the greatest King of Israel twice? Because God didn’t have anything to say to him. Because Solomon wasn’t seeking his face, he was seeking his hand. Solomon was walking in known sin, rejecting the word of the Holy Spirit to his heart. And yet at the same time, continuing his religious activities.”
