Ray Greenley pastors the National Prayer Chapel and preaches on the Pilgrim's Progress radio broadcast. He earned a Master of Divinity from Andrews University in 1969. He began his formal ministry as an itinerant preacher in Western Pennsylvania in the early 1970s. Shortly afterwards, he moved to Washington, D.C., where he directed The Gate, a free medical clinic and coffeehouse, on M Street in Georgetown. In 1986, Ray began preaching five days a week on AM radio while continuing to pastor. In 1998, the Lord led Ray and his late wife Jan to found the National Prayer Chapel with the support of Pastor David Wilkerson from Times Square Church in New York City. Ray loves Jesus and delights in a present salvation from all sin!
