God commands every Christian to “be filled with the Spirit” (Ephesians 5:18). This filling includes a spirit of prayer, a heavenly mindset, radical self-denial, and great usefulness to God. However, many professing Christians live without the Holy Spirit. Pastor Ray and Alexandra draw from Charles Finney's lecture, “On Being Filled with the Spirit,” to show what blocks the Holy Spirit from dwelling in a person.
